We met Kim Jenard about two years ago when we first started looking for a condo in Florida, hopefully near to where our two daughters and their families live. We were in Florida in the fall and she showed us several condos but we did not purchase. Kim kept in touch with us via phone and email, frequently sending us listings that came up. We again went to Florida early in the spring, very determined to make a purchase. Kim was right there for us again, very helpful and always professional and a joy to be around. Kim had a good sense of what would make us happy by this time, and one day suggested that she would like to show us some houses rather than condos. She felt the market at that time made a house a more desireable purchase than a condo. She showed us several houses and we decided to make an offer. Just when she put in the offer, the other realtor informed her that her client had for some reason had a change of heart and abruptly took the house off the market! Not to be deterred, Kim kept searching and within a few days was prepared to show us several more houses. Then we walked into the house and the minute we walked in the front door, we knew it was the right one. She did everything right and with a counter offer to the sellers' counter offer, we made the purchase. I noticed how easy Kim worked with the other realtor and everything went so smooth between them with the paperwork and questions that came up.
Now we are snowbirds and come to our Florida house December 1 to May 1. Eventually it will be our primary home. This was a total switch in our original thinking, but as I said, Kim sensed what was right for us, and we are extremely happy as a result. She is a terrific gal, a talented realtor who definitely touched our lives in a very positive way.
